Please read these Terms of Service completely for using silverleafcustomframing.com, which is owned and operated by Silverleaf Custom Framing & Art Boutique. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at silverleafcustomframing.com. By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site and all of it’s original content are the sole property of Silverleaf Custom Framing & Art and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Your use of the Site must always comply with applicable law. Systematically collecting information on the Site, by electronic or other means, is prohibited. Silverleaf Custom Framing & Art reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.
Silverleaf Custom Framing & Art reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access Silverleaf Custom Framing & Art site immediately.
Orders for Custom Framing
All custom framing orders are non-refundable. Orders are started within a few hours & often the minute you place your order. While we may be able to accommodate changes to your order at times for some pieces of your order, returns are not allowed. Please be sure to contact us if you wish to change anything with your order as quickly as possible at 303-442-4938 M-F 10-6pm MST.
Orders for Webstore Purchases
All webstore purchases are fulfilled and shipped within one week’s time in most situations. Should you need a quicker turn around, please contact us directly to make arrangements by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders placed online may not be cancelled, but can be returned. If the item has not shipped out, you may be able to avoid restocking fees, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us directly at email@example.com to get confirmation for returns.
All webstore returns must be in original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and items must be shipped back at purchaser’s expense. All credits will be applied as soon as possible after the item(s) arrive safely back at our shop. We attempt to describe the products offered on the Site as accurately as possible from the manufacturers. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not what you expected, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund minus the restocking fee.
Art classes purchased thru our site are non-refundable. If you find that you need to reschedule for another date, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to class time. While we don’t promise that a seat is available in another class we will try to make accommodations to fit your schedule. The class exception must be rescheduled within 6 months time of original purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make other arrangements.
